At PR Boat Charter, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We follow established protocols to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for every guest onboard.

Onboard Safety Rules

• All passengers must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times.

• Life jackets will be provided and are recommended during the trip.

• Running, jumping into the water without permission, or throwing objects overboard is strictly prohibited.

• Alcohol consumption must be moderate. The use of illegal substances is not permitted.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Small pets are allowed only with prior approval.

• In the event of an emergency, our crew is trained to act accordingly, and the vessel is equipped with safety gear (first-aid kit, radios, life vests, etc.).

Cancellation & Changes Policy

• In the event of adverse weather conditions, we offer:

• A full refund, or

• The opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

• If the cancellation is made for reasons other than weather, the initial deposit will be non-refundable.

• If you wish to change the agreed destination, a refund corresponding to the change may be issued, provided that the request is submitted prior to the boat’s departure from the dock.

• Once the boat has departed, no refunds will be issued for destination changes.

• Equipment & Onboard Services

• Should you notice any issues with the aquatic equipment or the food ordered for the trip, please notify our onboard staff immediately, so that appropriate actions can be taken on time.
